Its no use... I have been posting on Reit boards for YEARS and he has had several accounts and he never listens... just crys and crys.. Needs some meds I figure. And as for his dumb comment on yield means nothing when you have losses everyday... Well I would suggest holding long term instead of taking daily loses lol... I mean he must have been buying it when it was $12 bucks a couple months back. ...more

I agree, looking at the daily price fluctuations and losing your marbles over a 1pct change isn't healthy. I would suggest reading some books like the intelligent investor. Just because the stock is trading at 10 dollars doesn't mean it's only worth that. A depressed price is actually amazing as they can start buying back shares at half Nav! Yes, its common knowledge they have a long term lease and will have to pay damages.  I did say that. Now I am asking other forum members for an opinion on that topic! WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BOW LEASE IS TERMINATED?!?!
