GREEN

HR having a day... I'm selling at 12.60 onwards to meaningfully reduce the leverage i put on in order to open a fat position in Artis (debt is expensive these days lol). Hope everyone is enjoying the green day on the cusp of Powell's speech (I think he's going to be maximum hawkish to cool the market off - job's not done).

The markets are getting plummeted because of the FED yet again! Does Powell think he can take rates to 5%+ and  not cause a massive debt spiral?

the debt spiral is a lock - its math. He's just excellerating the spiral by raising rates... "they've" been making it worse since Covid started... taking on huge debt and now raising rates as a significant balance of debt rolls. My eyebrow has been raised all year when contemplating financial landscape in 5-10 years from now...
