Something like 240 properties?
Why can't they sell some A or B ones for $300 million and fund a NCIB at 40% discount. If Artis can do it, so can they! One at a time and see where market / SP go

Artis is a different beast. Ultimately, reits don't want to see their balance sheets shrink. But yes, I agree, if capital is constraining the trust's ability to run the ncib - sell property (inline with the trusts long term plan) and let the ncib rip. I said it was a mistake to not let it run while we were in the 10s - forced unit holders to open their wallets and buy at the market in
