I remember thinking this was a good deal

Buying at $12 and high $11's.  Was a strong $13+ REIT for 1st year of the hikes

mass value destruction at the hands of the central banks and this inflation nonsense

unbelievable really

the cost of services are 3.1 when it should be 2.8.  what a joke
