Find it Amazing how many expert bears there are now …

I find it crazy how many bears there are.

it's simple. It's super negative right now and things are cheap. It's easy to be a bear when things go down every day.

when 10 year yield rises every day, and it looks like the world's coming to an end probably time to start adding to your position.

These assets don't just disappear overnight and for those who think the interest rates going to rise further in Canada ( BOC )    I highly disagree with this call.

there are so many crazy headwinds coming to the avg. Canadian

The avg. consumers debt. Crazy

the BOC will break something by mid year and have no choice, but to cut.

and if the government actually stop spending like a drunken sailor, we could get a rate cut tomorrow.

The biggest problem is the governments over spending and that's what you get for voting in Liberal / NDP. It's the same every time over and over again....    easy to spend money, That's not your own. I can't believe that Canadian public. Lets them get away with it. Unbelievable...   ( should be held accountable )

just venting my frustration!! ...

Nobody knows anything for sure. But possibly rates will go down, and then up. More volatility in reits. But right now I see a cusion in caprates in H&Rs books, comfortably avove inflation. And thereby creating real returns for investors.

Generally the best buys I have made, is when Im a bit afraid. I dont know how others feel. But I dont feel one inch off fear buying into H&R, on the contrary it feels like the safest stock out there. And that might be a problem, maybee im mistaken. And my lack off fear is an indicator for a poor return??

The last time I bought this was when it was nice and low during Covid.  And I've just started adding again after reading all the reports I am sure they will survive and happy to add now more..  I agree who knows what's going to actually happen, but in Canada, the debt for the average person has really increased. ( and intern their monthly payment has increased dramatically ...more
