Gordo32, the dividend seems to be monthly. therefore, the ex date will be 3 days before the last business day of each month. for April, that was the 26th. Next month's will be the 29th.

generaldisc ,thanks for the info.Funny seeing the price soften today I can tolerate some fluctuation to see how the dividends work out.I have been doing DD on  reit's for some time I hope this is the right one. gord

I also typically wait a few months after an IPO to let the dust settle before buying. For some Australia exposure, I have MOB.UN It is smaller cap but has direct holdings instead of through a fund like this one
