The 350m.+ OS will weigh heavily when it comes sale of project time. It is more helpful if he can trim whatever number off at say less than the dollar cost I'll wait on S.Roman to inform shareholders off any change in plan regards share buyback. He is known to be very steadfast regards his grand scheme of a project.
