The Market's Bias for HarteIs clearly bullish but our management is either unable or unwilling to communicate with investors
even a little to assuage feelings of uncertainty. One would think that APPIAN still wants the price low for it's own undisclosed( if not nefarious) reasons. Little concern or display of fiduciary for their fellow shareholders.
