RE:The Market's Bias for Harte

RE:The Market's Bias for HarteNot that I was ever pleased about it, but I am increasingly anxious about our board makeup....Appian controls about 25 % of outstanding shares,  yet has 42 % representation on the board.... clearly 3 out of seven board members are 100% Appian ...no bones about it....so the question remains.-- are the other 4 members of the board truly independant,  there to maximize the share value for  ALL the shareholders.....you  and  me  and all the little guys.....just takes one of them to side/vote  with the 3 Appian members  and  voila....things go Appian's way...for Appian's benefit....I am not here  to create any conspiracy's ,  but I continuosly question to myself  where the loyalties lie....as Ballot so elequently points out,   the board has a Fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders....and management has a duty to inform  ALL shareholders  on a timely basis  of any material changes or events  that would  allow all shareholders the information they need to make  sell, hold or buy decisions....
