He says that "fossil fuels are dead??"  If so then why is World oil consumption now at record levels of 100M bbls/day? Does this guy ever check the facts?

What he doesn't know (and hasn't bothered to find out) is that most oil produced does not go into energy production but rather into manufacturing of all kinds of essentials..

Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, tires, etc. etc. all rely on oil production.

Sure, you can generate a flow of electrons from wind and solar but you need the molecular density of the heavy hydrocarbon chains if you want to manufacture a car or have any kind of petrochemical industry. What should we make cars from?  Titanium, steel, vegetable mass???

There are just so many uneducated rubes on the tubes.
