RE:RE:RE:Class action???

RE:RE:RE:Class action???I filed with the OSC because they regulate the TSX and HSE is listed on the TSX.  I have complained to class action firms before about another company and the first thing they asked was if there was a finding of wrong doing by the OSC.   If not, they're not going to waste their time and resources on it because they can't win it without a finding of guilt.  Name one class action lawsuit where they won a case without a guilty determination by a securities regulator if you're going to suggest otherwise.  If they contacted you (which I doubt because no one contacted me), it could only have been an inquiry if there was a determination by the OSC.  If not, they're not interested.   Anything else is irrelevant and wishful thinking.

Is it possible just like you stated you filed a complaint with the securities commissions (not sure which, OSC or ASC) months ago and got no response might be the same reason some class action law firms are asking questions? Is it possible that they know something the public don't know yet and they are trying to get ahead of the crowd?

No, it is not spreading bs about class action law firms, they would not be asking questions if they don't have a hint that something is brewing. It is called doing your homework and my post is just to find out if anyone is aware of this or being asked about their shares in the company. This is normally the first clue that something is going down but guess time would tell!

Anyone aware of this or being asked about their shares in the company? Is the smoke about to result in fire and so the vultures are circling for the carcass?
