RE:RE:Spoke with Leo Villegas from IRThanks for your comment. I didn't ask about pricing but they were entertaining few opposing offers so was trying to get the best pricing and term. From the sound of things it might have been discussed just too much trying to dot the Is and Ts hence why it didn't get done. Like I said it could still happen but given today's environment just don't think it will happen unless they are willing to come down in price. Regardless, I feel a bit relieved speaking with IR. The main reasons why I bought in were the low debt ratio, conservative style and their integrated model. When the dust settles they will realize soon enough which companies will survive and which can't. Lastly, he did acknowledge that the company has had some cashflow issues in the past (underperformed) which was a reason why analysts have been so negative on the company. Issues related to safety, operations and money spent on capex. They have been working to restore operations and ensuring safety and now with the reduction in capex they can survive this low environment. Also, they do not have any debt until 2022 was another point that was highlighted.
