HA!!   Told ya so before and telling you again, HSE preferreds do not have any change of control provisions.   So, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET $25!!!!   Best to sell your preferreds and buy HSE or CVE.....much better upside - sure, if HSE/CVE combo doubles in price, the preferreds will also go up in value but by the time they get back to par value (IF they ever do), HSE/CVE will be quadripple....so, WTF hold the preferred shares ??    Make no sense.....
