likashing buy out of minority shareholders
Can likashing buy out other minority shareholders at his price? Is he allowed to do that as a majority shareholder?

Not if you're holding out. Look at Hudson's Bay Company. It was trading at $6.11 and Baker who had 57% had to make three offers for the minority shares before getting the rest at $11. The majority of the remaining minority has to accept the buyout offer.

so lets say the dividend gets cut and this thing falls to $1, could the minority shareholders ask for a higher share price, say $9? Or could a judge call that unreasonable? holy sh*t there's too much uncertainty now with this pig of a stock

If the majority of the minority asks for $9, then yes, of course, it's $9 or they can't take it private.

dog, here is my thought. The chance, if any, lks taking hse private will be AFTER 2021 when major capex is spent and steady cashflow start rolling in. Just look at all of lks's other investments lately, all have history of being income stream generator. However, his game plan could change given the unexpected vaulation drop of husky stock.
