Selling the private shares back to the company
"If you’re an individual investor you cannot buy shares of private stock, but you can sell them. In most cases, the easiest option is to sell your shares of stock back to the company that issued them."
Hopefully this is an option even before being given the private shares, so those of us with large HWO positions not wanting to head through the narrow exit door now are able to get reasonable cash consideration for the PNG business.
I've never seen a company privatize without a cash option before doing so.

By the way, Binnion has nearly 2 million shares. Surely he cares about that investment.
