I am posting from my phone so I am unable to post the link; however, VN Capital is calling for a special meeting to remove Michael Binnion as the Chairman.

It's a pretty bold move!

Life sure is easier for everyone when you think Win:Win. I hope for all of our sakes that this mess doesn't just turn into a Lose:Lose at a time when everyone should be focussed on winning PNG contracts.

I can say that I have been in touch with VN Capital and totally support this move. It is absolutely ludicrous at best and corrupt at worst, what the Board is doing with this company.   The company has more than $45 million in cash ($38.2 million is earning 5% interest) + 1 Rig deployed making around $12 mil EBITDA a year + A cashflow positive small Canadian business with 65% margin + 45

Ratcheting up the activism should be a benefit to the stock. Stuck in the doldrums and shareholders lacking confidence in the BoD after the complete failure to execute on reorg and unlock value.
