Time to resign
It appears that it's time for Binnion to do the right thing and voluntarily resign. Along the same vein, Maguire should take a 20% paycut. Over the past 5 years this company's stock has gone from $4 to slightly above $1. It's quite apparent that these two have done nothing to improve shareholder value over the past several years.

Says it all when people are selling at $1 - basically at cash value.
