Amended filings to enchance disclosure

Interesting that HWO has amended some filings to "enchance disclosure". Nothing financially material changed, but I wonder what the purpose is for doing this? Something cooking behind the scenes?

I almost feel like it'll be more of the same vagueness about the reorg details. "They are looking into ways to incorporate shareholder feedback and are optimistic" or something like that. Although hoping not. Its been 6 months since the original reorg announcement. Figuring something out shouldn't be that complicated. Hopefully some good grilling on the call.
