Very typical with these guys - back in Q4 earlier, they advertised quarter release after markers close on Mar. 27, but did not get them out until 8am on Mar. 28. Do they not know how incompetent this continually makes them look like? No wonder no one is interested in investing with these guys in charge.

We are a few mins away from market opening and no update on the results. This really seems like a deliberate and pathetic attempt at frustrating shareholders to drive down the sp. The nonsense that is going on for the last few months, I have never seen this in my career.

There is a conference call supposedly happening at 5pm ET - what is happening with that? Even releasing results after market close today is totally disrespectful to shareholders if they hold a conference call less than an hour after. Thumbs down to Maguire.
