i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Another reason for the financing when it happened and for the amount it was....was because they are negotiating the big financing with big money interests in Europe...they were in Geneva recently....no one was going to consider stepping up to the plate with a small cash balance on hand for fear of further financing at less favorable terms

Skeena did a great job raising all this money....let's see how well I80 does for the hundreds of millions they're going to need....hope they figure in overruns for all the problems they'll encounter in difficult, deep, water logged underground vein chasing.
