What are the risks to this stock

What are the risks to this stock Would this company get hurt if the USD recoverd against the C$? Have they ironed out their merger and online business issues -looks like it but comments welcome. How will their bottom line be impacted when the Harry Potter phenomenon dies away? Is the management team "on the same page" in the companies future direction. Could foreign competition -such as Barnes and Noble entering the Cdn market really hurt their sales and margins. Comments are welcome....
