Because any one who actually read the Innova prospectus knows this is a 75 cent stock at best. As I read the prospectus the brokers who paid 4.00 were allowed to short the stock. I could have misread it. But I doubt it. This was Amayas way of getting rid of Diamond game which is Innovas only holding. If looked at closely by Nasdaq could effect a listing there for Amaya.
