Nathan Mekuz, one of the co-founders, ceased to be an insider in 2018 but is still VP of AI, and susepct he still owns approx 3% of the company as Acuity quoted 15% during Q3, and he's always owned approx the same as Tal between his personal holdings and family trust.
This insider ownership has not changed since April when they cancelled their automatic securities disposal program. A few rights have been issued since for new insiders, thats it.
It would be nice to see them step in and add more at this stage, but this is still a pretty good level of insider ownership. I know the timing of the last sales left a bad taste in people's mouths, but if the share price went up from there like it did when Jeff Green, CEO of TTD sold almost half of his position in 2017 at $35 USD pre-split, no one would be complaining.
We look pretty oversold here and now trading at 10 times EV/EBITDA. The last time we traded at this level was in the $1-2 range, so draw your own conculsions here. GLTA.
