what a trip

Interested in knowing if anyone has sold anything on the runnup? I sold half my position at $28. I wasn`t going to but my wife texted me something yesterday that made me think. She said don`t be greedy. Still have lots, so going to let the remaing ride. When you get to be 70, you never know what the future holds. Hope it goes a lot higher, which I`m sure it will, GLTA.

I have not sold any shares as of yet and I don't plan on it anytime soon. I don't blame you for selling half your position and listen to your wife:)  I will reassess my situation after I see one full year of financials under the Illumin platform. I'm also curious as to how the Nasdaq stocks investors will respond to this company. I suspect it will be well received and ...more

I just sold majority of my position at $29 today. Judging from all the founders, management and majority of board members selling $39m of their holdings right before they went into blackout at the end of the year and the CFO selling almost all of his holdings at around $22, it tells me that the Q4 results are not going to be that great. I was also reading the anlayst reports, and they're also ...more

If you have done your DD you would have known that the reason the founders sold a large chunk of their shares was because they owned over 35% of the shares and in order to get on the Nasdaq owners cannot own more than 30% of the shares. They now own approx. 14% of the shares.

Yes they should be trading at least 30 times net revenue which is still less than the industry heavyweights. Earlier in the year, I had targeted a share price to be around $30-$40 and we already reached that target. One thing to keep in mind is that their business model is mostly a fixed cost structure with about 10% being variable. For every incremental increase in sales, the majority of ...more

I always check someone's posting history before giving any response.  In this case, Toby had a total of 12 posts on SH before this one and his last one was nearly 3 months ago on the FanSuite BB. Naturally he has never commented on AT which pretty much tells you that he's never owned the stock and his comments above are BS.  This also explains why someone comes on and states ...more

I thought TobySheen7 comments didn't fit the circumstance of AT at all. The question I have about Acuity Ads is, how difficult do you think it is for another company to replicate the functionality of Illumin? If it is difficult then the competitive advantage of AT will serve us very well. If it is easy for a competitive to replicate, AT won't have a competitive advantage for long. I have ...more

I heard theCEO Tal   talking about initially trying to hire companies to build what was in his vision and none of them could build what he wanted. So he decided to build in house. When asked what would happen in the future about a company repicating what they built, he said that would take a long time and by then, they would have built alot of new features. So he was not at all worried, ...more

Thanks growthnprosper for your reply. The company's earnings should grow nicely for a longtime and so should our holdings.

Q4 meeting is in 3 weeks, illumin is rocking it, Nasdaq announcement soon, then on Nasdaq, increased access to US institutions/Robinhood once on Nasdaq, news anytime of new big clients, 2021 Q1 meeting in just two months (May) showing more positive news and growth, and the massive expansion of online digitial advertising. "Don't be stupid" is what my wife would have said... Buy and ...more
