The institutional selling is too large to be fully consumed by smaller buyers. There is more willing supply than demand. That is all. Invesco, Vertex, and now RayJay.

The shares are not down because of poor communication. The management team has been very forward on its conference calls. In fact, I think IMP has communicated more clearly than most companies I know. Are there risks? Yes. Could there be delays? Yes. Is progress being made? Yes.

You NEED to understand that a declining stock price does not always mean things are "bad". This has been demonstrated twice already. 

Vertex voted with $5 million dollars. That should more telling than a declining share price.

Stop blaming the company for the stock price.
