I have nibbled on below $17 US and averaged up.

Innergex appears to have a good conservative growth opportunity with a stable dividend.

The growth opportunity appears to come from several factors, including (not limited to) the global economies coming back online, Innergex integrating batteries to store power, generation power increasing and (most likely) a political leadership change in the US.

I have doubled my position and may nibble more,
