Can you buy sub $10 stocks on margin?

NAV per share is easily $8 or some reports (like CFRA) say $10 per share !

Historically they traded at around 80% of NAV so if NAV is $8 it should be at least $6.40 .. and if you use $9/share as NAV from their latest 2Q 2022 financials it ought to be over $7 and if you use $10 it ought to be $8, which is 60% above the current depressed price of around $5.

==> Certainly a buy buy BUY at this low price.

I'd expect a normal course issuer bid by them shortly - or they take it private, or it'll be bought out by another REIT, maybe Slate as they do office, or Brookfield.

We shall see.

ACCUMULATE or DOUBLE DOWN !

I DID !
