chairman added 379,000 units into december of last year, nearly 2x his salary.

reit trading below $200 psf when paris office real estate is going for $680 psf.

in the process of selling assets, obviously that would be a catalyst.

two debt covenant violations related to occupancy.

so asset sales could restore them with lenders.

no position but interesting. i know very little about european real estate right now.
