With AFFO around 100%  and  increasing expencies

I suspect they can take advantage from market condition

to cut dividend again in nearest future.

Still no interst from insiders to buy shares,

especially after selling huge chunk of shares

History repeat itself, it is remind me  PAR.UN (Partner REIT): external managment, greedy insiders, They try  to sell whole REIT - no luck,  another step - sold good property , left low quality properties  and got special dividend instead to pay down debt , next step to sell shares  and cutting dividend Stupid purchase building in Spain - external managment getting fee
