As of the last press release, the exchangeable shares were not yet approved to trade on the Toronto exchange. I expect that's just a formality but it needs to be resolved before anything else can happen.

The stock called The Intertain Group (symbol IT) will be de-listed, yes. If you elect for Jackpot Joy shares, then you'll get those. If you elect for exchangeable shares, you'll get something called Class C Exchangeable shares “AmalCo”.

At least that's my understanding to date.
