Got it.

I still don't like that they publicize the total adjusted debt like that though. People unfamiiar with contingent consideration (like yours truly) look at the front page numbers and draw conclusions. As they highlighted their adjusted EBITA perfomance i would've expected something similar as relates to debt repayemnt.

But what do I know. :D
