3rd fatality in roughly 2 years (this is the 3rd one:
https://www.mining.com/fatal-accident-at-ivanhoes-kamoa-kakula-mine-in-congo/ : 2021, 2022 and 2023, and this points to the issue that maybe not enough has been done on the safety side/underground works. They will now really need to fix these safety issues before the DRC authorities take action and
start a fully fledged review/start suspecting something of a systematic nature is in play here. In any event this is not good and tragic for the people who died and their families. They gotta really tighten up security measures.....to prevent this (to the extent possible) from happening again
