This was from last October 20, 2020 . Today's NR could put our shares under a bit of pressure until a definitive agreement is achieved allowing IVN to export.The DRC will,IMHO,grant this excemption but until finalized we may lose a bit.

The DRC, since 2013, has placed a ban on copper concentrate exports as a way to encourage miners to process and refine the ore that was produced locally. However, Congo's government has repeatedly issued waivers for the restriction due to insufficient smelting capacity. Things may have changed in the past year... maybe they are now capabe!

This news came out yesterday and did not affect the share price today. Normally if it is bad news then the stock will react immediately.  Hope I am correct in my assumptions.
