I was afraid this might happen.....these class action suits only help the lawyers and hurt shareholders as its the company that always pays.  If they could only go after those that were responsible (maybe even make them "guests" of the state at one of our premium gated communities) instead of hurting us all I would be more in favour of these legal actions.  Sadly, it has been my experience (Laidlaw, Twinn Butte, Nortel, etc etc) those that perpetrated the cause walk free with often tens if not hundreds of millions in golden parachutes while the company and the shareholders suffer immensly......and oh yea...the Lawyers do just fine of course.

There is never any downside to scr$wing the shareholders.

GLTA....we are REALLY going to need it now.
