I think you have the wrong company. Waterton does not normally buy equity stakes. It was unusual to see them in KDX but they knew the assets better than anyone.

Have a look at Victoria Gold VIT - .40

Osisko production financing will complete within weeks, and construction recommence in the Yukon soon. Based on the metrics of the Hecla deal for Klondex, .80-$1.00 Cdn could be a mimimum bid for VIT.

Just google them, its what they do. Presumably if a buyout meets some kind of threshold they investigate. Other than that it isn't anything particular about Klondex, as they have many of these ...more
