Pathetic excuse to say that mgmt 'think long term' or that they have zero interest in where the stock trades. They want it to be a $7+ stock and as soon as possible.
Sure there are a few hoops to jump through yet, but Mike Rose and team have slowly built a much bigger and better company that is investment grade. Kelt and these other resource developers aren't liked by investors and probably the only way out would be to hand the keys over to CNQ or TOU for a small premium to the 90 day trading price.

A lot of these small players haven't made money for years and years, have a lot of debt with little hope to monetize assets at a significant premium.
At least Kelt compared to others has NO DEBT a big plus and they still own some large decent? (not being in the industry, I have no clue) assets which is another plus, finally David Wilson the CEO put his money where his mouth isn't and invested $7.5M in Kelt (more than the rest of the small cap O&G industry put together probably) and bought 5M shares
But until they develop or monetize those assets, or communicate a plan to do so, nobody cares obviously.
