Industry Role Model

Industry Role ModelKelt has no debt. Which means if commodity prices tank, they can stop drilling and completing and producing for that matter. No need for cashflow to keep bankers happy. No need to waste the best wells and depleting reserves to stay afloat, in many cases exchanging 4 quarters for less than a dollar instead of 2 dollars +. If every producer had no debt, commodity prices wouldn't tank because they would all concurrently yet independently stop drilling and producing and prices would quickly recover. Debt is not the industry's friend.
