Sold a fraction of the company

Sold a fraction of the companyKelt sold a fraction of the company for $500,000,000, holding onto huge assets and healthy production - but currently has a market cap for less than the sale to ConocoPhillips, albeit now having no debt??? Getting caught up in the itsy bitsy micros, sometimes makes us miss the big picture. Kelt has the cleanest financial picture in the industry, and their is no mud in the water - we can clearly see everything as it is with no layer after layer of debt and cross accounting. Where they will be in a year is the easiest prediction you will find in the stock market.
One morning, someone will wake up and see there is a 2 billion+ dollar company on sale for $500,000,000. A 75% off sale is no joke.
Time will reveal the truths in the market. So many stocks are so overvalued, while others are overlooked.
News and financials typically set this straight, but in today's world, the blind are leading the blind.
I will wait.
