I think faketomato is right.  In interviews Wilson talks about the development of Oak and the importance of the timelines.  He talks about the Completion of the Costal Link Gas Pipeline creating buyers for properties like Oak.  The last Update I have read from TC Energy Feb.1,2023 pegs the job at 83% complete. They expect to have the line mechanically complete by the end of 2023, commissioning in 2024.  With a Blueberry First Nation deal in place with the BC gov., Kelt should be looking for Oak/Flatrock well licences. 

A year and a half ago Wilson talked about Wembley being much more advanced and likely would be one of the first properties sold.  He said $$$ from a sale would likely go back to shareholders.  Wembley could be sold with some $$ going to shareholders and some $ going to advance the drilling pace of Oak.  A scenario like this could happen anytime.  Time will tell, cheers Matthew
