Days away from Keyera Startup

Days away from Keyera StartupKelt did exactly the right thing, and passed on adding more production at Oak this calendar year.

Instead with the startup of the additional production at Wembley/Pipestone of an additional 22 MMcf of capacity they will have a significant production increase.

Last quarter they lost 2700 boe/day because of plant issues.

Adding 22 MMcf 60% liquids is roughly adding so thats at least 8500 boe/day.

Add 2700 boe/day because of plant, and Kelt is production 11200 boe/day more than Q3.

Q3 was approximately 28,000 boe day, and 11,200 boe/day and their producing 39,200 boe without any other additions, or about 40% more than what they produced in Q3.

My guess is that Kelt is producing north of 40,000 boe/day. Maybe not for the entire 4th quarter but i expect by year end the will exit 40,000 boe/day with no debt.

IMHO
