Cash Flow

Cash Flow WEMBLEY/PIPESTONE DIVISION: Kelt expects to increase firm service raw gas processing capacity from 37 MMcf per day to 109 MMcf per day over the next 15 months. Kelt will have access, through ownership interests and firm service arrangements, to five gas processing plants in the Wembley/Pipestone area.

This is from the Kelt Presentation, Nov 9

109 MMcf 60% liquids = 45,400 boe/day Capacity (Q4 2024)

That is what you can expect Wembley Pipestone with a little bit of Charlie Lake to product by year end 2024.

Kelt plans to drill 16 wells throughout the year, which will be a good start to rampup production.

The more production onstream, the more cash the property is generating, and the higher price it will fetch.

So late 2024 is my guess we could see a transaction that involves Wembley/Pipeston and could be the lottery ticket for shareholders.

My guess is that Kelt will be producing somewhere around 38,000 boe/day in Q1 which is the mid range of the guidance.
