Doing a little research on gas companies that could add scale to KEL and not add debt, found SDE, Spartan Delta. They project 30k production and a net cash surplus for 2021. The combination with KEL would result in a competitive 50k/boed, NGL/gas weighted company with a net cash surplus. Definately a situation that would increase investor interest. Any comments?

I own SDE. Took some profits last week, including KEL and a few other names, and looking for a chance to buy back. Not sure about the marriage between these two, both are run by strong people and none is ready to retire. And both are debt free so most likely looking for deals where sellers are under pressure to sell land or themselves. SDE has a few sections outside its main production area which
