KNT Canadian Insider Sells

Good news or at least not bad.

Given the drop in KNTNF to record 52 week lows today, I went and reviewed
Canadian Insider for possible insider selling.thinking there may be internal issues.

The last sell of $52k was recorded May 5 2023 by Warren Uyen the CFO so nothing
new for 6 past months.

No explanation from the company for wild stock moves; only shows poor IR. When is KNT going to mature to standards expected by shareholders of a serious company? Being a publicly traded company takes more than just digging up dirt. G37

Dumb post --- do you think KNT has any control or influence over the stock price on a daily/weekly monthly basis?  KNT should only provide information when it is significant and/or if there is a significant change (or incident  like any other well managed mining company  (which they do - IIMHO KNT provides more info than most companies particularly junior mining companies) What ...more

But I did sell & bought back recently and hope to do well ….again. Now, I worked in the industry & had a part in evaluating multibillion $ acquisition; for the record...you do not get a job like that by being ignorant ...more

1) your 2nd post is dumber than the 1st 2) why didn't you answer the obvious question about what you wanted to see and how often  3) stick with exploration companies that pound out the type of BS you like to see  'regularly' (?)  suggest to go back and read the annual report, quarterly reports, news releases, and quarterly sessions with analysts - see (2)  ...more

YOU should try reading the information that is already available (as previously suggested) and on the web and KNTs website. More than enough info is provided to give a clear understanding of what is going on. It is also far info more than most start up and fully operating mining companies provide.  IMHO  You stated  "provide concise summary that are meaningful for a ...more

But no insider buying, even at these low/bargain prices.  Is that a red flag in of itself?
