director voting
I have not received by packages in the mail and only briefly glanced at Sedar but I believe the director election is uncontested i.e. 6 board members proposed for 6 seats. Depending on the voting (I don't believe this process is majority voting) each director only requires 1 vote to be appointed. In such situations I seem to remember that witholding a vote for such director is the only option - I don't believe there is a yes or no option for each director. Either yes or withold I think. Witholding your vote for that individual is akin to voicing your disapproval. So while the 3 GSFC directors will all be elected, if massive shares are withheld in sends a message to management that shareholders are not happy with those directors which often will incite change.
