My name is Alfred Horg. I am a resident in and citizen of the U.S.A., a shareholder of Karnalyte Resources, and am hoping to participate in the Rights Offering explained on November 14, 2018 in the following document:

I see in the above document that "[t]he Company is issuing transferable rights ("Rights") to the holders (“Shareholders”) of our outstanding Common Shares of record at the close of business (5:00 p.m. Toronto time) on November 21, 2018 (the "Record Date") . . ."
I see transferable rights in neither my Schwab account nor my TD Ameritrade account. Am I an "Ineligible Shareholder"? If so, I see in the above document that "Ineligible Shareholders will be sent a letter . . ."
I have not received any kind of letter about the rights offering.
