RE:RE:RE:Thank you Ms Favreau Losing confidence, something has to change and change quick. Have some issues with the questions at the AGM
st Too many people use covid as an excuse for short comings, I don’t want to hear excuses, I want to hear how they solved the problems and how they are getting over the hurdles.
nd Not sure it is appropriate for Interim CEO to release the minutes of a meeting for publicly traded company, to me that is a rookie mistake. You only got part of the picture, the rest of the details might shine more light on it. She was surely involved in the meeting, what was her opinion on the rights offering? To me it looks like she is throwing past management and board members under the bus. You only got the picture she wanted to present.
rd Simple question – do you own shares? simple answer is yes or no. I find it a shameful response, to tell long term suffering share holders to go look it up themselves. Please Just be honest.
th Don’t mean to bash your efforts to put forth question and get some answers, but realistically management (Interim CEO) was going to hand pick the question she wanted to answer, and had days to draft the answers to the questions. Most often in these scenarios the CEO looks pretty good, serve up soft balls right down the center of the plate. Tell Barry Bonds he is going to get three first pitch fast balls in a game and he will have three home runs on three pitches in three at bats. Unfortunately it looks like our CEO got to select her pitches and still struck out.  Like knowing the answers to the quiz days in advance and still getting them all wrong.
