RE:RE:RE:Clear message from shareholders not named GSFCBiz, I am not so sure it is as much shareholder indifference as the reality that the now CSG approving the Rights Offering tilted the scale so far in GSFCs favor on the ballot, that shareholders including the CSG really cant make any difference when it comes to their vote?
Now GSFC controls the boardroom and the ballot, and until some of the allegations surrounding the Rights Offering are proven and make it higher up the foodchain, it is what it is.
If you want some good reading material, pull up the November 14, 2018 - 14:47 ET Letter to Shareholders filed under "other" on SEDAR explaining the nitrogen project and how great it was going to be for shareholders.
Then read the Rights Offering Circular filed earlier the same day.
Funny how only 2 Letter to Shareholders were ever written, and both right before big events
Big dreams by then directors / now CSG members that never materialized, and the rest of the shareholders paid dearly for that gamble on both counts.
