how soon WG does a 2-4 to 1 reverse split to lower the number of shares and bring the sp up to attract institutions.  954 m is a lot of shares.

The merger announcement was made prior to market open yesterday in Australia (their Monday) and the stock didn't react much (down a penny).  Flat so far in early trading.
