Considering the way Ramelius has broken this news, I assume that they are determined and that they will pay at least US$1 billion.  So that means that krr.to should go to roughly C$ 8.00. Unless ...more

I would be very cautious about merger. Ramelius has 1,136,778,979 shares in issue with 57 percent institution owned we have 57 percent public owned. They were deluted 30 percent last year alone. We ...more

I am not greedy. I would be happy to sell for 1.5 B. They are “currently in exclusive discussions with Ramelius regarding a potential business combination”. We will see soon.

To look at a realistic value for KRR you must look at everything . We have 82 million cash plus 40 million on paper for Dumont 2 mills worth 1 billion and a new ramp and new equipment 50 million plus ...more
