News was out Wed. night our time. Trading in RMS was halted until probably Monday A.M. which is Sunday evening in Australia time. In the meantime, trading in KRR is being allowed to continue. I find ...more

If I understood correctly, KRR received a takeover offer of 1 billion dollars. The question is: which dollars? If Australian, it means 5 CAD per share. If USD, it means 7.5 CAD per share. Currently ...more

If Ramelius offers 1B Australian dollars to buy KRR, it is 5.66 Australin dollars per share. 1,000,000,000 AUD : 176 480 000 shares = 5.66 AUD 5.66 AUD = 5 CAD
